摘 要:目的:测定槐角不同生长期中槲皮素,染料木素,山奈素,异鼠李素四种黄酮苷元含量,确定其在槐角药材生长中含量变化规律。方法:取槐角样品,酸水解后,HPLC法测定其异鼠李素、山奈素、染料木素、槲皮素含量。结果:在一年的生长期内,槐角中槲皮素含量先升高后降低,在7月初含量最高,平均含量为12.4%。染料木素在8月中旬槐花期产生,含量逐渐增高,到10月中旬含量趋向稳定,平均含量约为5.6%。山奈素在8月中旬含量达到最大值,平均含量为6.2%.异鼠李素含量在7月初含量最高,约为1.3%。结论:槐角中4种黄酮苷元含量有明显季节变化规律,以槐角为原料提取4种不同黄酮苷元,其采摘时间是提取槲皮素和异鼠李素为7月初,提取染料木素为12月初,提取山奈素为8月中旬,而提取总黄酮则在12月初采摘。To investigate the relationship between Quercetin,Genistein,Kaempferol and Isorhamnetin in Fructus sophorea at different growth periods in order to define the optimal harvesting time for different applying purpose,samples of F.sophorea were collected from blooms to seed stage.The content of four flavonol in the extracts obtained from F.sophorea was simultaneously determined by HPLC after hydrolysis.The content of Quercetin increased first and then decreased during the growthpetiods.The content was the highest in early July,which was over 12.4%.Genistein was produced in mid-August,and the contents increased gradually and tended to stabilize In mid-October.The average content was about 5.6%.The content of Kaempferol was the highest and over 6.2% in mid-August.The content of Isorhamnetin was the highest in early July.The average content was about 1.3%.Content of the four flavonol in F.sophorea varied at different development stages and different season.The results suggested that the harvesting time for extracting Quercetin and Genistein is in early of july,for extracting Kaempferol is in mid-August,for extracting Isorhamnetin is in mid-September and for extraction of total flavonoids should be picked in December.
