池塘淤泥氮营养物质分布特征研究

摘　　要：柱状采泥器采集淤泥，分段研究氮含量和分布规律。结果表明，淤泥中有机氮占61．73％～82．01％，有明显的季节变化和垂直变化趋势，无机氮主要由固态氮构成，含量达11．27％～23．79％，有明显的垂直变化趋势。整个淤泥层参与淤泥氮营养的贮存与释放，9 cm层段氮营养活跃。We investigated the nitrogen content and distribution of silt collected by Sediment corer from the ponds .Results showed there were made up 61 .73% ～82 .01% organic nitrogen and 11 .27% ～23 . 79% inorganic nitrogen which was mainly composed of solid nitrogen in the sediment .It was obvious for the organic nitrogen’s seasonal and vertical change trend and solid nitrogen’s vertical distribution . The whole silt layers take part in the process of nitrogen nutrients’ storage and release reaction ,but the layer of 9 centimeters depth is the active layer for nitrogen nutrition .
