摘  要:准确解算与监控大望远镜主镜位姿是实现主镜位置控制,提高大望远镜成像质量的前提。根据大望远镜的主镜控制的需要,研制了大望远镜主镜位姿解算与监测系统。利用主镜底部安装的3个直线位移传感器,由主镜移动的几何位置关系实现轴向自由度z,旋转自由度硪、研的解算,利用主镜侧向安装的3个位移传感器,考虑了主镜材料温度变化,实现了轴向位移x、y,镜温度导致的半径变化r的解算。利用虚拟仪器技术实现了对传感器数据的采集分析及实时监控,仿真出主镜位移变化的三维运动。在重复精度为平移误差小于1μm,角度偏转误差小于1arcsec的Stewart平台上安装虚拟镜,安装底部和侧向传感器,解算与监测虚拟镜的各自由度位移并进行测试。结果表明:在位移盖X,Y、Z整个量程-2.2~2.2mm内,解算与基准位移差在10μm以内。在旋转位移如、砂整个量程-1500~1500arcsec范围内,解算与基准位移差在15arcsec内,满足大型望远镜解算位移及控制要求。The accurate resolving and monitoring the position of the primary mirror of large telescope is the premise to realize first mirror control and increase imagery quality. On the basis of the requirement of the primary mirror sup- port, first mirror position resolving and monitoring system is designed. Using three displacement transducers fixed on axial bottom of first mirror, the axial degree of freedom Z, rotation degree of freedom Rx, Ry are resolved on the basis of geometry position relationship. Three displacement transducers are radially fixed on the primary mirror, axial posi- tion X, Y, radius variation due to temperature of primary mirror are resolved considering temperature variation of pri- mary mirror material. The Virtual instrument is used to realize sensor data collection and monitoring on-time. Three- dimensional motion variation of primary mirror is simulated. A virtual mirror fixed on the Stewart is the position refer- ence, which the repeat movement of translation error less-than 1 μm, and the angle deflection error less than 1 arcsec. The test is carried on the resolving and monitoring degree of freedom. The results indicate that, in the full range -2.2 ~2.2 mm of translation X, Y, Z, the difference of resolving result and reference is less than 10 μm, in the full range -1500 ~ 1500 arcsec the evolvement is less than 15 arcsec, which meet the requirement of the large tele- scope
