摘  要:本文采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定土壤中有效磷,相应浸提剂分别为:碳酸氢钠浸提碱性土壤有效磷;盐酸-氟化铵浸提酸性土壤有效磷。研究了ICP-AES对有效磷测定谱线的选择以及浸提温度、放置过滤时间等因素对浸提结果的影响,并分别用酸性土壤滤液直接上机测定和碱性土壤滤液经酸化后再上机测定,通过实验总结出一套简便,快速,稳定,易于掌握的适合于批量土壤样品有效磷的测试方法。In this paper, the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (icp-aes)was adopted to determine the available phosphorus in soil. As the corresponding leaching agents, the sodium bicarbonate was used for the leac- hing of available phosphorus from alkaline soil and the hydrochloric acid was used for the leaching of available phosphorus from ammonium fluoride acid soil. This paper studied the selection of available phosphorus determination of spectral line by icp-aes and the factors influenced the result of leaching, such as the leaching temperature and the filtering time ,respectively using acidic soil filtrate direct determination and alkaline soil filtrate after acidification measurement on computer again. From lots of experiments, a set of test method which is simple, rapid, stable, easy to grasp can be applied to test available phosphorus in the bulk soil samples.
