摘 要:将特细尾矿砂和磨细废玻璃粉混合物用于C30混凝土的细骨料,废玻璃粉按照0、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%和60%等质量代替尾矿砂,制作了8组共计72个普通砂和废玻璃粉-尾矿砂细骨料二种混凝土标准抗压试件,养护7d、28 d、90d后分别测试它们的抗压强度.结果表明,全部用特细尾矿砂作为混凝土细骨料,混凝土和易性和强度等性能均不如普通中粗砂混凝土;废玻璃粉的添加能够提高尾矿砂混凝土的强度,但是,混凝土的强度增长与废玻璃掺量为非线性关系.当废玻璃粉掺量在20%~30%时,尾矿砂细骨料混凝土各龄期强度即可达到普通中粗砂混凝土各龄期强度值;磨细至一定粒径以下的废玻璃粉具有较高的火山灰活性是混凝土强度提高的内因.研究对固体废弃物的再利用具有参考价值.The mixture of fine tailings mortar and waste glass powder after grinding were used in the concrete of C30 as fine aggregate, in which the waste glass powder instead of railings mortar was 0,10% ,20% ,30% ,40% ,50% and 60% ,based on the equal mass. Two kinds of fine aggregate concrete standard compressive specimens of ordinary sand and tailings concrete with waste-glass power fine aggregate which in total of 72 were produced in 8 groups to test its compressive strength after curing 7,28 and 90d. Results show that the workability and strength performance of concrete are inferior to concrete with ordinary coarse sand when all the fine tailings are used as fine aggregate concrete,the compressive strength of tailings concrete can be improved if add waste glass powder. However, the rela- tionship between compressive strength growth of the concrete and waste glass content is nonlinear. The strength in each age of fine aggregate concrete can get up to the strength in each age of ordinary coarse sand concrete when the content of waste glass powder is 20% to 30% ,waste glass powder after grinding below a certain size has high ash ac- tivity which is the internal cause in the growth of concrete strength. So, the research has reference to the recycling of solid waste.
