摘  要:运用面板数据分位数回归方法对我国29个省、直辖市和自治区的能源消费强度进行绝对β收敛检验,分析不同地区能源消耗强度收敛性的差异;然后建立面板数据空间计量模型对能源消耗强度的影响因素进行计量分析。结果表明,我国西南地区、大西北地区、黄河中游地区和东北地区作为能源消耗强度较高的地区,能源消耗强度不存在绝对β收敛;而东南沿海地区、东部沿海地区、长江中游地区和北部沿海地区作为能源消耗强度较低的地区,能源消耗强度存在绝对β收敛;人均GDP的增加和科技发展水平的提高对降低能源消耗强度起促进作用;产业结构中第二产业比重和能源消费结构中煤炭比重的增加不利于降低能源消耗强度;我国各省的能源消耗强度存在空间溢出效应。Based on the panel data of 29 provinces in China , this paper conducts absolute beta- convergence test of energy consumption intensity applying panel quantile regression in order to ana- lyze the differences of convergence of energy consumption intensity among different regions across the country . Then we analyze the factors that influence the energy consumption intensity by spatial econometric models based on the panel data. The result shows that there is no absolute beta-conver- gence in energy consumption intensity of southwest region , northwest region , the middle Yellow River region and northeast region , which have high energy consumption intensity. On the contrary, as the low energy consumption intensity region, coastal areas in the southeast, Coastal areas in the east ,the middle Yangtze River and coastal areas in the north have an absolute beta-convergence in energy consumption intensity. The increase of per capita GDP and improvement in technological de- velopment have a role in promoting reduction of the energy consumption intensity while the increase of proportion of the second industry in the industrial structure and the proportion of coal in energy consumption structure are not conducive to reduce energy consumption intensity . There is spatial spillover effect of energy consumption intensity among different regions across the country
