契约型农产品渠道中的龙头企业与农户关系稳定性研究

摘　　要：对契约型农产品渠道中的龙头企业——农户关系稳定性进行研究,将龙头企业专用性投资、沟通、明确的合同纳入分析框架,从整合治理视角构建契约型农产品渠道关系稳定性影响因素的理论模型。应用SPSS17.0软件和结构方程方法对研究假设进行检验。研究结果表明,明确的合同和积极的沟通对于提升契约型农产品渠道中龙头企业——农户的关系稳定性具有显著的正向影响作用,但龙头企业的专用性投入对改进龙头企业与农户之间的关系稳定性并无显著贡献。This paper studies the stability of farmers in the channel of contractual agricultural the relationship between leading enterprises and products. Taking leading enterprise＇s specialized investment, communication and specific contracts into consideration, the paper constructs the influ- ential factor model from the perspective of integration governance. The hypothesis is tested by SPSS17.0 software and structural equation. The results show that specific contracts and positive communication have positive effects on the improvement of the relationship stability, but the spe- cialized investment from leading enterprises has no significant contribution to it.
