摘  要:目的:探讨炫速双源CT下肢动脉血管造影对比剂注射优化方案,以实现最佳图像质量的造影剂注射方案。方法:研究纳入45例因下肢血管疾患行炫速双源CT下肢动脉血管造影患者,随机分配到A,B,C三组;用相同对比剂用量和扫描参数,不同注射速率进行检查,扫描延迟时间采用Siemens bolus tracking自动触发跟踪技术,图像重建用最大密度投影(MIP),多平面重建(MPR),和容积再现(VR)等。分别测量髂总动脉起始段,腘动脉段及胫前动脉下端平均CT值、噪声(SD),计算信噪比(SNR)及腘动脉对比噪声比(DNR)并进行统计学分析。结果:A组图像各感兴趣区平均CT值、SNR及腘动脉DNR明显高于B、C组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炫速双源CT下肢动脉CTA成像,用A组对比剂注射模式,是一种更为优化的扫描方案。Objective: Explore the contrast medium injection optimization scheme of Flash dual-source CT lower extremity artery angiography, In order to achieve the best contrast medium injection solution with the best image quality. Methods: This study included 45 cases of multi-slice spiral CT angiography for lower extremity artery gotten from Flash dual-source CT, which randomly assigned to A, B, C groups. With the same dosage of contrast medium and scanning parameters, different injection rate for inspection, the way of delay time was siemens bolus tracking, automatic trigger tracking technology. Image reconstruction with maximum density projection (MIP), multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and volume representation (VR). Measured the common iliac artery, popliteal artery segments and lower average pretibial artery CT value, noise(SD), calculate the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and contrast to noise ratio(DNR) of popliteal artery. Then proceed statistical analysis. Results: The average CT value, SNR and popliteal artery DNR in various ROI of group A is significantly higher than group B and C, there are significant difference statistically (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Flash dual-source CT lower extremity artery angiography ,The method of contrast injection for group A was more optimized scanning solutions.
