摘　　要：目的探索与实践药学服务新模式,促进医院药师的职能转型。方法结合文献分析传统药学服务模式存在的不足,阐述医院在探索药学服务新模式过程中所做的一系列实践,并在医师、护士、患者中进行药学服务模式转型前后的满意度调查。结果建立静脉用药调配中心,进行药房托管,加强药师的继续教育,成立临床药学室,实现药房管理数字模式化,医师、护士和患者的药学服务满意度大幅提升。结论转变药学服务模式是时代的要求,势在必行,药师的价值藉此才能得以充分体现。Objective To explore and practise the new mode of pharmaceutical service for promoting the function transformation of pharmacists in hospital. Methods The existing deficiency of the traditional pharmaceutical service mode was analyzed by combining with the literature, a series of practices conducted in our hospital during exploring the new model of pharmaceutical service were elaborated. The satisfaction investigation before and after the transformation of pharmaceutical service mode was performed among the physicians, nurses and patients. Results The pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS） was established, the pharmacy trusteeship was conducted, the continuing education of pharmacists was strengthened, the clinical pharmacy room was set up, the digital modeling of pharmacy management was realized, and so on, the pharmaceutical service satisfaction of physicians, nurses and patients was increased greatly. Conclusion Transforming the pharmaceutical service mode is the requirements of the times and imperative. Only in this way, the value of pharmacists can be fully reflected.
