护士主导护理模式用于替硝唑治疗加重型口腔感染40例

摘　　要：目的观察护士主导护理模式对替硝唑治疗加重型口腔感染患者的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月收治的替硝唑治疗加重型口腔感染患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上遵医嘱实施传统护理;观察组则在常规治疗的基础上实施护士主导护理模式。比较2组患者的临床疗效、生活质量和自我管理能力水平。结果观察组的疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),患者的自我管理能力较对照组更强(P<0.05),SF-36生活质量表各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对替硝唑治疗加重型口腔感染患者实施护士主导护理模式,可显著提高疗效,提高患者的自我管理能力和生活质量水平,值得推广。Objective To observe the application effect of nurse leading nursing mode in the tinidazole treatment of aggravation type oral infection. Methods 80 cases of aggravation type oral infection treated by tinidazole in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was implemented the traditional nursing on the basis of the conventional therapy; the observation group was implemented the nurse leading nursing mode on the basis of the conventional therapy. The chnical curative effects, hfe quality and self management ability level were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effect after nursing in the observation group was superior to that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）, the self management ability in the observation group was stronger than that in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）; the various indexes scores of SF-36 living quality scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementing the nurse leading nursing mode in the tinidazole treatment of aggravation type oral infections can significantly increase the curative effect , improve the patient＇s level of self management ability and quality of life and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
