摘　　要：罗马法系与伊斯兰法系在世界现存法系中占据着极其重要的历史地位,同时也表现出了其顽强的生命力。研究发现,两大法系之间存有诸多相似之处,而其中最为关键的一点就是法学家在其形成与发展的过程中都起到了至关重要的作用。当前,我国正在全面深化改革,努力推进法治建设,我们更应该积极吸收和借鉴罗马法和伊斯兰法中共同的先进经验,高度重视法学家群体在法治建设中的重要作用,以推进我国法治发展。The Roman law and Islamic law,both play vital roles in the two existing legal systems in the world,showing strong vitality along the history.Based on the analysis and study of the reason why they play such a role,the author finds there are quite a few similarities between the two systems among which the key point is the critical role of jurists in the process of legislation formation and development.Compared with the history of the two legal systems,China,on the stage of its compre-hensive deep reform today,should absorb and draw advanced lessons from them and what＇s more,lay great emphasis on the crit-ical role and power of jurists in the legal construction,and to promote the development of rule of law in our country.
