摘 要:执行力是最近几年新兴的一个全世界性课题,无论在理论界还是学术界尚没有形成非常成熟的理论。但各行各业都将执行力作为核心竞争力形成的关键。一些国有企业在决策执行过程中仍然存在执行意识淡薄,管理制度频繁更改,执行过程中缺少科学的检查督促,员工责任感不强等问题。要想提升企业执行力,领导决策必须正确,执行过程要有合理的监督考核,并通过培训提高员工综合素质,增强员工对企业有责任感。The execution force has become a new world-wise topic in recent years,for which there is still no mature theory either in theoretical field or in academic cycles.However,it has always been compared to the crucial factor influencing the core of competitiveness of enterprises.Shengli Oilfield,as a state-owned enterprise,is still encountered with a great many ineffi-ciencies in the process of decision- making,such as weak awareness of enforcement,frequent changing of the administrative regulations,shortages of scientific inspection and supervision,and insufficient sense of responsibility,etc.In order to promote the power of execution in enterprises,leaders are required to make appropriate strategic decisions,resort to reasonable inspec-tion and assessment,enhance the comprehensive qualities of the employees,and strengthen their sense of responsibility.
