试论大学生村官退出机制

摘　　要：在调研基础上,分析当前大学生村官退出机制的现状,寻找在村官退出机制中存在的问题。同时在结合本省实际情况的基础上,通过加强建立保障机制和优化创业环境来激发村官队伍活力,逐步建立完善大学生村官工作的管理机制,为大学生村官制度的完善和进一步的实施推广提供一些意见和建议。Based on the investigation and research, this paper analyzes the present situation of the exit mechanism of little village officials, and the problems existing in the mechanism. According to the actual situation of shanxi Province, we shonld establish the guarantee mechanism and optimize the entrepreneurial environment to stimulate little village official＇s vitality. We should gradually establish a perfect manage- ment mechanism so as to perfect the system and implement the further promotion with good ideas and sug- gestions for little village officials.
