摘　　要：2015年3月，工业与信息化部发布了《关于重新发布1785-1805MHz频段无线接入系统频率使用事宜的通知》（工信部无[2015]65号文）。该文明确指出1785～1805MHz频段可用于交通（城市轨道交通等）、电力、石油等行业专用通信，解决了城市轨道交通车地通信迫切需要的专用频段问题，对城市轨道交通安全运营及持续发展十分重要。In March 2015, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued ＂The Notification of Republishing the Using Matters Concerned of the Wireless Access System Frequency of 1, 785-1, 805 MHz Frequency Band＂ （Ministry of Industry and Information Technology： Wireless [2015] No. 65 Article）. This article clearly states that the 1 785-1 805 MHz frequency band can be used in the specific communication of transport （urban rail transit and etc.）, electric power, petroleum, and other industries, solving the dedicated band problem that the train-ground communication of urban rail transit urgently needs. It is very important for sate operation and sustainable development of urban rail transit.
