摘  要:铡草机刀片保持良好锐利度,直接影响刀片的有效工作时间和机器的功耗。采用局部气体渗碳、淬火、回火工艺对材料为Q235的铡草机刀片进行自磨刃强化,使其渗碳层硬度高,母材韧;分析自磨刃强化刀片的硬度分布;比较普通65Mn刀片和自磨刃刀片的刀尖圆弧半径。试验证明:有效工作时间内自磨刃强化刀片保持了较小的刀尖圆弧半径;渗层厚度0.6mm刀尖圆弧半径最小,效果最好。Hay cutter blade which maintain good sharpness, affects directly the blade working time and power consumption of the machine. In this paper, hay cutter blade' s material Q235 were serf-grinding strengthen by carburizing, quenching, tempering process, which made the carburized layer of high hardness, toughness of base metal; analyzing the hardness distribution of grinding hardening blade; compared with the ordinary 65Mn blade and tool nose arc grinding blade radius. Experiments prove: in the effective work time, serf-grinding strengthen the blades' edge radius were smaller maintained; layer thickness 0.6mm comer radi- us was minimum and the effect was best.
