摘  要:目的:明确兔睾丸组织中Tp Nichols菌株传代接种对实验兔血清学滴度的影响。方法:按照接种Tp菌株代数的不同,将23只家兔分为原代组(5只)、一代组(9只)、二代组(8只),空白对照组(1只)。原代组所接种菌株为保存于液氮的Tp Nichols复苏菌株;一代组实验兔所接种菌株来自于原代组实验兔肿大睾丸;二代组实验兔所接种菌株来自于一代组实验兔肿大睾丸。接种14天后抽取兔耳缘静脉血并空气注射致死,对兔的耳缘静脉血清进行RPR和TPPA检测。结果:接种后实验兔全部感染。原代组、一代、二代组RPR滴度≥1:16的兔比例分别为20%,88.9%,100%,原代组与一代、二代组比较差异均有统计学意义(P=0.008;P=0.001),一代组与二代组比较,差异无统计学差异(P=0.249)。RPR几何平均滴度在原代组、一代组、二代组分别为4.0,25.4,76.1,原代组与一代组、二代组间比较,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05),一代与二代组间比较差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在建立梅毒兔实验模型时,将液氮中保存的Tp Nichols菌株在睾丸组织中传代接种,可提高实验兔的梅毒血清学滴度。Objective: To determine the effect of Treponema pallidum (Tp) of continuous passage inocula- tion in rabbits on RPR titer. Methods: Twenty three New Zealand male rabbits were divided into the primary group (5 rabbits), the first generation group (9 rabbits), the second generation group (8 rabbits) and the blank control group ( I rabbit). In the primary group, the testicles of rabbits were inoculated with Nichols strains stored in liquid nitrogen container. In the first generation group, the testicles of rabbits were inoculated with the strains from the rabbits of the primary generation group. In the second generation group, the testicles of rabbits were inoculated with the strains from the rabbits of the first generation group. The levels of RPR and TPPA in blood sera from ear margin veins were detected after 14 days of the inoculation. Results : All the in- oculated rabbits were infected by Tp. The rates of the rabbits with RPR titer more than or equal to 1 : 16 in the primary group, the first generation group and the second generation group were 20%, 88.9% and 100%. And the RPR geometrical mean in the primary group, the first generation group and the second generation group were 4.0, 25.4 and 76.1. Conclusion: The serum titers of Tp increased in rabbits of continuous passage inoc- ulation.
