误诊为淋巴瘤和嗜血细胞综合征的麻风1例

摘　　要：患者,男,26岁。发热、脾大、骨髓象异常4个月,上肢肿胀、疼痛10天。皮肤科检查:右侧眉毛脱落,左侧眉毛稀疏。双手无名指、小指活动障碍。双上肢血管超声示:双侧上臂尺神经节段性增粗并回声减低,骨髓及皮肤组织抗酸染色阳性。曾被误诊为淋巴瘤和嗜血细胞综合征。A 26-year-old male presented with fever, splenomegaly, abnormal bone marrow smear for 4 months and upper limb pain and swelling for 10 days. The right eyebrow was fall and the left eyebrow was sparsed. The activity of ring fingers and little fingers was restricted. Color doppler showed ulnar nerve was segmentally thickened. Acid-fast stain of bone marrow and lesion was positive. This patient has been misdi- agnosed as lymphoma and hemophagocytic syndrome.
