摘　　要：患者,女,56岁。周身弥漫性红斑、丘疹、鳞屑伴瘙痒20天。组织病理提示毛发红糠疹。治疗期间出现发热、喘息,无法平卧呼吸,双下肢水肿。肺部CT提示:双肺间质性改变。A 56-year-old patient presented with erythema, papules and scales over the whole body, with itching for 20 days. The pathological feature is in accordance with the diagnosis of pityriasis rubra pilaris. Fe- ver, pant, difficult breathing when lying down and lower limbs swelling appeared in the patient during thera- py. CT scans of the lung showed pulmonary interstitial change.
