摘　　要：目的:探讨VSD技术治疗骶尾部脊索瘤伴褥疮创面的适应证、禁忌证及疗效。方法:采用在我科收治的1例骶尾部脊索瘤伴褥疮创面患者,进行治疗和观察,记录并分析整理临床相关数据。结果:经对该患者进行持续3次VSD技术治疗后,术后创面恢复效果显著。结论:该技术在外科治疗领域,尤其是难治性创面方面有显著疗效。Objective To explore the VSD technique for the treatment of sacrococcygeal chordoma with bedsore wound disease,contraindication and curative effect. Methods In a case of sacrococcygeal chordoma treated in our department with bedsore wound patients,treatment and observation, recording and analysis of clinical data. Results The patients were 3 times of VSD after treatment,postoperative wound healing effect. Conclusion The technology in the field of surgical treatment, especially has a significant effect on refractory wounds.
