摘 要:农村土地承包经营责任制改革极大释放了农民的生产积极性,农村剩余劳动力逐渐显性化。农业经营比较利益偏低刺激农村剩余劳动力向沿海地区转移。农村劳动力转移在一方面为土地规模化经营及实现农业现代化创造了条件,另一方面,农村劳动力转移客观上加快了城镇化进程。但农业的现代化和农民的市民化都需要有适应现代农业、现代工业以及现代服务业的高素质劳动者。因而,应设法开发农村人力资源,以实现经济发展、城镇化与人的发展的协同促进,实现中华民族的伟大复兴。Since the reform of rural land contract system has released the farmers' enthusiasm for production, the problem of rural surplus labor has gradually become prominent. The low comparative advantage of agricultural management has stimulated the transfer of rural surplus labor to coastal regions. On the one hand, rural labor transfer has created conditions for large-scale land management and agricultural modernization; on the other hand, rural labor transfer has stepped up the urbanization process. But agricultural modernization and urbanization of farmers need high-quality workforce, which adapts to the modem agriculture, modem industry and modem service industry. Therefore, we should try to develop rural human resources in order to realize the economic development and urbanization and promote the development of people, and eventually realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
