摘  要:传统砂轮磨削性能的滞后性已经远不能满足当前的需求,提高砂轮磨削性能显得异常迫切。因此,把生物学中叶序理论引入到CBN电镀砂轮磨粒有序化排布中来,以改善砂轮的磨削性能。研究不同的叶序参数对磨粒有序化排布的影响。为保证工件表面能够获得较低的表面粗糙度,对磨粒之间的干涉做了一定的探讨。通过模拟仿真发现:选取合理的叶序参数可使磨粒之间能够保持很好的干涉率,与磨粒交错排布砂轮相比能够得到较低的表面粗糙度。叶序排布作为一种特殊的有序化排布为砂轮磨削性能的提高提供了很好的理论依据。Grinding performance of traditional grinding wheel has not satisfied the current demand, it is extremely ur- gent to improve the grinding performance. Therefore, the phyllotactic pattern theory in biology is introduced into the orde- ring configuration of grains in eleetroplated CBN grinding wheel, the influence of different phyllotactic parameters on orde- ring configuration of abrasive is researched. In order to ensure the lower roughness of workpiece surface, the interference ratio between abrasive grains is discussed, through the simulation. It is found that choosing reasonable phyllotaetic parame- ters can keep the good interference ratio between abrasive, it can get lower surface roughness compared with the staggered configuration of grints. Phyllotaetic pattern, as a special ordering configuration, can provide a good theoretical basis for the improvement of the performance of the grinding wheel.
