摘 要:为了对3种多年生荞麦植物中的23个居群的菜用品质进行评价,采用蒽酮法测定各植株顶端不同季节及不同茎段的可溶性糖含量。结果表明:1)多年生荞麦顶端幼叶的可溶性糖含量最高,并随节位数降低而减少;2)春季含量最高,与夏秋两季的差异水平达极显著,夏秋两季之间差异不显著;3)3种荞麦中,大野荞、毛野荞的可溶性糖含量较高,差异不显著,硬枝万年荞可溶性糖含量最少,与大野荞的差异显著,与毛野荞的差异不显著。结论:筛选出可溶性糖含量较高的8个多年生荞麦居群,其顶端3个茎节的可溶性糖含量为10.23%-15.37%,春季适宜采摘顶端3-4节食用,夏秋季采摘顶端1-2节食用。The soluble sugar contents in different parts of stems at different seasons among 23 populations of three perennial buckwheat species were determined with anthrone method,in order to evaluate their vegetable quality.The results showed that:1)the first apical stem section has the highest soluble sugar contents and with the stem section position decreased the lower stem section has lower soluble sugar content.2)In spring,there are significantly higher soluble sugar contents of stem section than those in summer and autumn.3)F.megaspartanium and F.pilus had higher soluble sugar contents than F.urophyllum.Taking into account these features,eight populations with higher soluble sugar content were selected which top of 3 stem segments was 10.23%-15.37%.The apical stems of the first four sections can be picked up for eating in spring and these of the first two sections were used in summer and autumn.
