黔南州芒勇水库与绿茵湖水库的水质评价

摘　　要：为生态保护和可持续发展提供科学依据,采用优势种、指示种、细胞密度或生物量等指标和微生物检测新技术等方法分别进行水体营养状况和水体污染程度评价,调查分析了黔南州芒勇水库和绿茵湖水库浮游植物的物种种类、现存量及藻类多样性指数和水质现状。结果表明：芒勇水库共检出浮游植物33种,隶属于5门8纲10目18科23属;绿茵湖水库共检出浮游植物25种,隶属于5门5纲10目16科19属。芒勇水库和绿茵湖水库浮游植物细胞密度分别为1.249×10^6 cell/L和1.164×10^6 cell/L,生物量分别为2.992mg/L和1.516 mg/L。芒勇水库的Margalef多样性指数为0.65,Shannon-Weaver多样性指数为1.91,均匀度指数为0.83;绿茵湖水库的Margalef多样性指数为0.81,Shannon-Weaver多样性指数为1.87,均匀度指数为0.75。芒勇水库和绿茵湖水库TP含量分别为0.16mg/L和0.10-0.13mg/L,TN含量分别为0.68-0.77 mg/L和0.78-0.84 mg/L,NH＋3-N含量分别为0.19-0.13 mg/L和0.12-0.10mg/L。两水库水体营养水平为中-富营养化。The water nutrition status and pollution degree of Mangyong and Luyin Reservoirs were evaluated based on analyzing phytoplankton species and standing crop,algal biodiversity index and water quality by using dominant species,cell density,biomass,index and microbiological detection methods to provide the scientific basis for ecological protection and sustainable development.Results：There are 33 phytoplankton species,23 genera,18 families,10 orders,8 classes,5 phyla in Mangyong Reservoir. There are 25 phytoplankton species,19 genera,16 families,10 orders,5 classes,5 phyla in Luyin Reservoir.The phytoplankton cell density and biomass of Mangyong and Luyin Reservoirs is 1.249 × 10^6/L and 2.992 mg/L,1.164×10^6/L and 1.516 mg/L respectively.Margalef diversity index,Shannon-Weaver diversity index and evenness index of Mangyong Reservoir are 0.65,1.91 and 0.83 but Margalef diversity index,Shannon-Weaver diversity index and evenness index of Mangyong Reservoir are 0.81, 1.87 and 0.75.TP,TN and NH＋3-N content of Mangyong and Luyin Reservoirs is 0.16 mg/L,0.68-0.77 mg/L and 0.19 - 0.13 mg/L,and 0.10 - 0.13 mg/L,0.78 - 0.84 mg/L and 0.12 - 0.10 mg/L separately.The water nutrition level of Mangyong and Luyin Reservoirs is moderate eutrophication.
