摘　　要：建国以来我国养老保险制度重新确立,时至今日已形成较为完善的社会保障制度。进入21世纪后,我国迈入老龄化社会,养老问题再度引起人们的关注。然而我国的养老保险制度与发达国家相比,仍有许多缺陷,公平性不足、覆盖率低、兼容性较弱等因素制约着社会的发展,养老保险制度改革迫在眉睫。十八届三中全会召开后,新一轮的养老保险制度改革即将全面展开。The endowment insurance system was established again since the founding of new China. Today it has already formed a relatively perfected social security system. After entering the 21st century, our country has entered an aging society. The pension problem attracted much attention. However, compared with developed countries, Chinese endowment insurance system has many deficiencies, such as the lack of fairness, low coverage and weak compatibility, which has restricted the development of the society. And it is urgent to reform endowment insurance system. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of CPC, the new endowment insurance system reform has been begun.
