摘　　要：互联网的兴起推动了网络消费的飞速发展,但与此并存的是各种网络消费纠纷问题日益尖锐,网络消费者安全权、隐私权、知情权等权利保护立法不够健全或者缺少可操作性。本文以经济法的价值为视角,通过对社会本位、公平、安全等经济法价值的阐述,从更高的层面来分析对网络消费者权益的保护。The rise of the Intemet promotes the rapid development of network consumption, but at the same time, it brings increasingly serious disputes in various network consumptions, showing that the protection legislation of consumer＇ s rights such as security, privacy and information is not perfected or lacks of operability. This paper, from the perspective of the value of economy law, through the elaboration of social standard, equity and security, analyzes the protection of network consumers＇ right from a higher level.
