摘　　要：主要研究性格因素在领导者身上是具体体现的,以及领导者如何运用自己性格提高绩效的。本文阐释了领导者四种性格因素在管理中发挥作用值得褒奖和有待完善之处,并针对其长处的发扬及不足之处的改善做出了一些探讨研究。This paper researches the concrete embodiment of the leaders＇ personality factors, and how leaders use their characters to improve the performance. It explains the roles of four kinds of personality factors of leaders that worth praising and improving in management, and discusses the methods of the development of their advantages and the improvement of their shortcomings.
