摘　　要：目的研究八角茴香油精馏釜底残液的化学成分。方法运用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从八角茴香油精馏釜底残液中得到2个化合物,分别鉴定为(E)-1,4-二(4-甲氧基苯基)-3-丁烯-2-酮(1)和4-羟基-3-(3-甲基-3-丁烯-2-基)苯甲醛(2)。结论化合物1的核磁数据为首次报道,化合物2为新化合物。Objective To stuey the the chemical constituents from the residue left over the rectification of star anise oil （essential oil from Anisi Stellati Fructus）. Methods Two compounds were isolated from the residue left over the rectification of star anise oil by various chromatographic techniques, such as silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Results Their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectral data. A new compound was identified to be 4-hydroxy-3-（3-methylbut-3-en-2-yl） benzaldehyde （2）, along with a known compound （E）-1,4-bis （4-methoxyphenyl） but：3-en-2-one （1）. Conclusion NMR data of compound 1 are first reported and compound 2 is new one.
