摘 要:[目的]建立同时测定水稻植株、土壤和田水中戊唑醇、肟菌酯残留量的超高效液相色谱串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)。[方法]样品中的待测农药组分采用乙腈提取,过膜后直接采用UPLC-MS/MS法,ESI(+)电离方式,多反应监测(MRM)定量测定。[结果]仪器最低检测量为戊唑醇1.0×10-13 g,肟菌酯2.0×10-14 g;戊唑醇、肟菌酯在植株和土壤中最低检出质量分数均为0.01 mg/kg,在田水中均为0.001 mg/kg;在水稻植株、土壤和田水中的添加回收率为72.9%~108.5%,变异系数为2.0%~9.6%。[结论]该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,适合稻田环境样品中戊唑醇、肟菌酯的残留量测定。[Aims] A method for the simultaneous determination of tebuconazole, trifloxystrobin in rice plants, soil and field water by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was developed. [Methods] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile. The pesticides were finally detected by UPLC-MS/MS-ESI(+), quantified under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode. [Results] The limit of detection (LOD) was 1.0×10^-13 g for tebuconazole and 2.0×10^-14 g for trifloxystrobin, while the limit of detection for the two compounds were 0.001 mg/kg in field water and 0.01 mg/kg in rice plants, soil. The average recoveries of tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin in rice plants, soil and field water were 72.9-108.5%, with the relative standard deviation (R.SD) of 2.0-9.6%. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of sensitivity, accuracy and precision, which is suitable for the determination of tebuconazole and txifloxystrobin residues in rice plants, soil and field water.
