摘 要:[目的]旨在探究坡柳皂苷的室内活性,为坡柳皂苷在农药领域的应用提供参考。[方法]采用无限量取食法、叶碟法、半叶法分别测定坡柳皂苷对果蝇的胃毒活性、小菜蛾幼虫的非选择性拒食活性及甘蓝蚜虫的选择性拒食活性。[结果]坡柳皂苷对雄果蝇72 h的LC50值为0.367 7 g/L,雌果蝇的LC50值为0.532 9 g/L;对小菜蛾3龄幼虫24、48、72 h的非选择性拒食活性逐渐降低,AFC50值从0.443 g/L升至0.660 5 g/L;对甘蓝蚜的24、48、72 h的AFC50值分别为1.15、1.98、4.95 g/L。[结论]坡柳皂苷对供试果蝇、小菜蛾具有较好的生物活性,对甘蓝蚜活性一般。[Aims] This article aims m explore biological activity of Dodonaea viscosa saponin and to provide a reference to the future application of the pesticide. [Methods] Stomach poison activity of Drosophila melanogaster was determined by infinite amount feeding method, non selective antifeedant activity of Plutella xylosteUa by leaf dipping method and sclcctivc antifccdant activity of Brevicoryne brassicae by half leaf method respectively. [Results] The results showed that LCso of D. viscosa saponin on male D. melanogaster was 0.367 7 g/L in 72 h, while it was 0.532 9 g/L on female D. melanogaster; non selective antifeedant activity of Dodonaea viscosa saponin on third instar P. xylostella gradually decreased from 24 to 72 h, but AFC50 gradually increased from 0.443 to 0.660 5 g/L; AFCs ofDodonaea viscosa saponin on Brevicoryne brassicae was 1.15, 1.98, 4.95 g/L in 24, 48, 72 h, respectively. [Conclusions] D. viscosa saponin has good biological activity on D. melanogaster, P. xylostella, but it has general activity on B. brassicae.
