摘　　要：以四川省县级行政区域作为研究单元,建立城镇土地等别调整评价指标体系,对四川省城镇土地等别进行调整更新评价,为新一轮城镇土地等别调整更新测算与校正工作提供数据支持与技术准备.用特尔菲法、多因素综合评价法、层次分析法、聚类分析法、对比分析法进行研究.结果表明与原土地等别相比,95个行政单元土地等别发生了变化.The purpose of this paper is to adjust and renew Sichuan＇s urban land gradation by indicator system, for a new round of adjustment and renewal of urban land gradation measurement and correction work to provide data support and technical preparation. Delphi, methods of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation, AHP, clustering methodology and contrastive analysis have been employed. The results indicate that the grades of 95 units have changed compared with the original. It is concluded that the work of adjustment and renewal of Sichuan＇s urban land gradation should be carried out timely, and the evaluation index should be considered from the perspective of data acquisition.
