南充市县域经济综合竞争力研究

摘　　要：以县域经济综合竞争力为目标层,以产业竞争力、发展速度竞争力、文化教育竞争力、持续发展竞争力、经济拉力、城镇化水平和人民生活7个指标为准则层,构建出含28个指标的评价指标体系.采用秩和比法(RSR),对南充市8个县级行政区的经济综合竞争力进行评价,结果表明南充市县域经济综合竞争力共分为3个档次,南部县处于先进水平,蓬安县处于落后水平,其余县域属于中等水平,揭示了南充市县域经济综合竞争实力差距较大.从准则层指标的秩和比排序结果出发提出了提升各个县域经济综合竞争力的对策建议.With the economic comprehensive competitiveness as the goal with industrial competitiveness, deve lop- ment speed competitiveness, development speed of cultural education competitiveness, sustainable development, e- conomic competitiveness force, urbanization level and people＇s living as the criterion ,we constructed an evaluation system of 28 index. Using the method of rank sum ratio （RSR） , to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of economy of Nanchong, 8 county level administrative regions were judged, the results show that the comprehensive competitiveness of the county economy of Nanchong can be divided into three levels, South County in advanced level, Pengan County in backward level, the rest counties in the medium level, revealing Nanchong county economic comprehensive competitive strength in a larger gap. From the criterion layer indexes and rank sum ratio ranking results ,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of county economy.
