摘  要:海上油田分层注水井常规测调技术离不开钢丝、电缆作业,受井斜影响严重,不能满足海上油田快速、高效、经济注水开发的测调需求。提出了电缆永置智能测调新技术,优化了管柱结构,设计研发了智能注入阀及配套工具,实现了测调工作筒与配水器一体化结构并通过电缆实现供电与实时信号传输,具有水嘴连续可调、测试数据实时直读,分层调配及参数实时监测功能,缩短测试、调配时间,提高测调效率和测试资料准确率等优点。现场试验表明,电缆永置智能测调新技术可较好地满足海上油田大斜度井、水平井精细化分层注水的需求,具有较好的应用推广价值,可为深水油田开发智能完井技术研究奠定基础。Traditional testing and adjustment process for zonal water injection wells in offshore oilfields depends on wire and cable operations, which is largely affected by well deviation, and cannot meet the requirements of rapid, efficient and economic water injection development. A new intelligent testing and adjustment process with implanted cables is proposed, and the string structure is optimized. Further more intelligent water injection valves and auxiliary tools are developed, as well as an integrated device with the functions of testing and adjustment barrel and those of injection allocator. Power supply and real-time sig- nal transmission can be achieved by cable at the same time. The intelligent testing and adjustment process with implanted cables possesses numerous functions which include continuously-adjusted water nozzle, real-time direct reading of test data, zonal deployment and real-time monitoring of parameters, thus short- ening the time of testing and deployment, improving the efficiency of testing and adjustment, enhancing the accuracy of test data and so on. Field test shows that this new process is more appropriate for zonal water injection in highly-deviated and horizontal wells in offshore oilfields, and has a high potential for dis- semination. It can also lay a foundation for research on intelligent well completion in deep water oilfields.
