摘 要:基于月池导向安装流程,将采油树月池导向安装过程分为采油树水面上吊运与下放、采油树未完全淹没、采油树完全淹没、采油树坐放与连接等4个阶段,并考虑钻杆参数、环境载荷、钻井船漂移量、作业水深及采油树重力等特征,建立了水下采油树月池导向安装不同阶段的力学分析模型。与Orca Flex软件模拟计算结果对比表明,本文所建水下采油树月池导向安装力学分析方法具有较高的精度,可为水下采油树月池导向安装提供理论依据。Subsea tree installation process is divided into four stages based on the installation procedure of the moon pool guidance, i. e. , lifting and running stage above water, partial submergence stage, total sub- mergence stage, and landing and connection stage. Mechanical analysis models of subsea tree installation through moon pool guidance were established according to different marine environmental loads. The drill string parameters, the marine environmental load, the drilling ship drift, the operating water depth and the weight of the subsea tree were considered in the model. The Orca Flex software was used to simulate the process of the subsea tree installation, with its results compared with those of the model proposed in this paper. The comparison demonstrated that the new method is more accurate, and can provide theoretical basis for subsea tree installation through moon pool guidance.
