摘  要:目前我国海上稠油热采技术尚处于试验阶段,预应力固井是否可行和必要尚存疑问。以直井、定向井、水平井等3种典型的海上热采井为代表,基于热力学理论和WELLCAT软件研究分析了井筒温度场分布规律、预应力固井套管柱轴向力和应力分布规律以及预应力固井对套管柱伸长控制的效果,结果表明预应力固井在理论上适用于不同井型的热采井,可有效降低套管轴向压力、改善应力分布状态和减弱或避免井口升高。通过工程实例验证了预应力固井套管柱分析方法的合理性,同时对海上稠油热采井预应力固井实施难点与解决措施进行了探讨,可为海上热采井实施预应力固井试验提供理论依据和参考。At present, China's offshore thermal recovery technology is still in the experimental stage, and fea- sibility and necessity of pre-stressed cementing remain doubtful. The distribution of temperature along the wellbore, axis force and stress of pre-stressed cementing string, as well as the controlling effect of prestressed cementing on the string stretch were analyzed based on the thermodynamics theory and WELLCAT software for the three typical categories of thermal recovery wells (vertical, directional and horizontal). The results show that pre-stressed cementing technology is applicable to different categories of offshore thermal recovery wells in theory, as well as to reduce the axial pressure effectively, improve casing stress distributions and miti- gate or even avoid wellhead rise. The rationality of this analysis method was verified by engineering examples, while the difficulties and corresponding solutions were also discussed. It can provide a theoretical basis and ref- erence for pre-stressed cementing pilot tests in offshore thermal recovery wells.
