摘　　要：mi RNAs是一类具有调控功能的微小RNA,通过RISC与m RNA相互作用,精细调控基因表达网络,是目前心血管疾病研究的热门领域之一。在所有已知的mi RNAs中,mi R-208a在心脏含量丰富,在心脏的正常发育及疾病发展中起至关重要的作用。mi R-208a是mi RNAs-208家族的一个成员,还包括另一成员mi R-208b。mi R-208a由Myh6基因的内含子编码。在心脏中,mi R-208a及mi R-208b参与心脏正常发育及病理生理过程中心肌肌球蛋白重链(MHC)亚型转化。mi R-208a调控心肌肥厚通路组成部分的表达,调控心脏传导系统发育,异常表达mi R-208a能够导致心肌重塑及心律失常。近来,在血液循环中发现mi R-208a,将其作为非侵入性的生物标记物用于早期诊断心肌梗死引起了广泛的临床兴趣。miRNAs, a kind of micro-RNA, has the fine regulating function of gene expression in the network through the interaction between RISC and mRNA, is one of the hot areas of cardiovascular disease research. In all known miRNAs, miR-208-a, rich in the heart, plays an important role in the normal and disease development of the heart, miR- 208a is a member of the miR-208 family, including the other member of miR-208b, miR-208a is encoded by the introns of Myh6 gene. In the heart, both miR-208a and miR-208b participate in the cardiac myosin heavy chain （MHC） subtype transformation of the normal development of the heart and pathophysiological process, miR-208a controls the expression of myocardial hypertrophy and adjusts the development of cardiac conducting system. Abnormal expression of miR-208a can lead to cardiac remodeling and cardiac arrhythmias. Recently, miR-208a, as a non-invasive biomarkers, has been found in the blood circulation and has attracted a great deal of clinical interest in early diagnosis of myocardial infarction.
