摘　　要：目的分析研究重组人生长激素(安苏萌)对烧伤植皮成活生长的促进作用。方法随机选取36例大面积烧伤患者作为研究对象,按照硬币法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组18例,2组均采用抗感染治疗、外科手术以及必要的营养支持。观察组在此基础上加用重组人生长激素(安苏萌)。比较2组患者的创面愈合时间、抗生素应用效果以及蛋白质代谢情况。结果观察组较对照组抗生素用量少,用药时间短,植皮区、创面区的愈合时间也显著缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人生长激素(安苏萌)对烧伤植皮成活生长具有显著的促进作用,因此值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of recombinant human growth hormone （An Sumeng） on the growth promoting effect of burn skin graft survival. Methods Randomly selected 36 cases of large area burn patients as the research object, in accordance with the coins were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups were treated with anti infection therapy, surgery and the necessary nutritional support. Observation group based on the use of recombinant human growth hormone （An Sumeng）. Comparison of two groups of patients the wound healing time and the effect of application of antibiotics and protein metabolism. Results In the observation group was significantly reduced compared with the control group the antibiotic dosage and time, the wound site area, healing time was significantly shortened. Conclusion Recombinant human growth hormone （An Sumeng） on burn skin graft survival significantly promoted the growth, so it is worthy of clinical application.
