摘 要:在满足输电容量和线路工程要求的前提下,使用扩径导线能够节省导体材料,进而减少铁塔载荷和结构重量。提出了4种JL(X)K/G1A-530(630)/45扩径导线的设计方案;针对4种扩径导线开展了扩径导线结构稳定性仿真分析、扩径导线结构稳定性展放验证、扩径导线与放线设备适配性及扩径导线的压接研究。根据研究结果,推荐圆线疏绞型扩径导线用于浙福线1 000kV特高压交流同塔双回线路工程,给出了关于张力设备、放线滑车、卡线器、旋转连接器等施工设备的指导意见,并提出了评估扩径导线结构稳定性的方法。Given the certain transmission capacity and engineering requirements, application of expanded diameter conductor can save conductor material and reduce the tower load and structure weight. Design schemes have been proposed and systematic studies have been carried out for four types of JL(X)K/GI A-530(630)/45 expanded diameter conductors, including simulation analysis and conductor-laying verification of structural stability, study of the suitability between the expanded diameter conductor and the conductor-laying equipment and study of the conductor crimping. Based on the studies, the expanded diameter round wires conductor with less strand of inner layer has been recommended for application in the Zhejiang~Fujian 1 000 kV ultra-high voltage transmission line, and guidance is provided on such construction equipment as tension equipment, tackle for paying-off, wire line cards and rotary joint. Finally, a stability evaluation system is established for the expanded-diameter conductor.
