摘　　要：本文从文献资源招标过程中发现的问题出发,以天津图书馆2014年中文普通图书招标为例,分析了公共图书馆文献资源招标采购评标标准的制定策略,以期为省级公共图书馆文献资源招标采购工作的规范化与科学化提供参考。Based on the problems in the bidding of literature resource, and taking the Chinese general books of Tianjin Library in 2014 as the example, this paper analyses the assignment strategies of evaluation standard of literature resource bidding procurement of public library, in the hope of providing formal and .scientific reference for literature resource bidding procurement of provincial public library.
