摘　　要：基层图书馆作为国家公共文化服务体系重要的组成部分,是实现基本公共服务均等化,保障城乡居民文化权益最直接的执行者。杭州市萧山图书馆吸取国内外图书馆先进的发展理念,在推进普遍均等惠及全民的城乡一体化公共图书馆服务方面进行了实践和探索。课题组通过对该区乡村公共图书馆服务体系的发展现状及存在问题的典型案例调查,基于公共文化服务均等化视域分析了农村基层图书馆服务创新机制及实现路径,以期为推进整个公共图书馆服务体系建设提供借鉴。As an indispensable composition of public cultural system, basic library is the executive of realizing the common cultural service equalization and ensuring cultural rights and benefits of every urban and rural resident. Xiaoshan District Library in Hangzhou learned from advanced development idea of foreign libraries and joined in the practice of commonly equalization and every citizen＇s benefit for common cultural service in the urban and rural integration process. The research group surveys the status and problems of basic library from the typical case in some areas of this district, and then an- alyses the mechanism and constructing path of service innovation of rural basic libraries from the perspective of public cultural service equalization. It hopes that it will be an useful reference for public libraries to promote public services system construction.
