2004-2013年岳池县鼠传及虫媒传染病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的对岳池县2004-2013年10年间鼠传及虫媒传染病发病情况进行分析,为防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2004-2013年鼠传及虫媒传染病发病状况及流行特征进行分析。结果 2004-2013年鼠传及虫媒传染病报告发病1 360例,年发病例数依次为272例、270例、207例、139例、91例、63例、109例、80例、77例和52例,年发病率为11.83/10万,发病总体趋势在逐年降低;鼠传及虫媒传染病发病占传染病发病总数的4.39%(1 360/30 995);主要病种为细菌性痢疾、乙脑、疟疾、钩体病和出血热,分别占鼠传及虫媒传染病发病总数的59.41%、21.99%、14.71%、3.46%和0.44%。结论岳池县鼠传及虫媒传染病总体流行趋势下降,但返乡民工输入性疟疾病例时有发生,乙脑持续高发,且由于鼠传及虫媒传染病受地理自然环境、特殊气象因素、社会经济条件的影响较大,鼠传及虫媒传染病防控形势依然不容乐观。Objective The aim of this study was to carry on the analysis on rodent borne and insect borne infectious disease in Yuechi county from 2004 to 2013, forecast the epidemic trend, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control work.Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the morbidity-for rodent borne and infectious disease and the epidemic characteristics from 2004 to 2013. Results From 2004 to 2013, the re[ported incidence of biography and insect borne infectious diseases were 1360 cases. The annual incidence rate was 11.83/100 000, accounting for 4.39% of the total number of infectious diseases（1360/30995）. The main diseases were dysentery, epidemic encephalitis B, malaria, leptospirosis and hemorrhagic fever, accounting for 59.41%（808/1360）（299/1360, 21.99%）, 14.71%（200/1360）, 3.46%（47/1360） and 0.44%（6/1360）, respectively. From 2004 to 2013, the numbers of cases were 272, 270, 207, 139, 91, 63, 109, 80, 77 and 52. The overall incidence trend reduced year by year. Conclusion The overall trend for the insect borne infectious diseases in Yuechi county was declined. Migrant workers imported malaria cases occurred from time to time, and JE remained high. And because of the influence of rodent borne and insect borne infectious disease by geographical environment, special meteorological factors, social and economic conditions of the large, rodent borne and insect borne infectious disease prevention and control situation are still not optimistic.According to the epidemiological characteristics of these different diseases, it is suggested to take timely measures of prevention and control.
