摘 要:目的探讨噪声与高温联合暴露对工人心律异常影响。方法分别检索于1990-2013年在《维普中文科技期刊数据库》、《中国知网》、《万方数字化期刊数据库》等发表关于噪声与高温联合暴露与工人发生心律异常的原始文献,依剔除与纳入标准整理后进行Meta分析,按暴露组与对照组进行分析,计算合并OR值(95%CI),探讨噪声与高温联合暴露对工人心律影响。结果 21篇原始文献被纳入Meta分析,累计对照组4 194例,暴露组4 670例,暴露组发生心律异常风险是对照组的4.09(95%CI:3.85~4.33)倍。敏感性分析显示合并OR值为3.99(95%CI:3.80~4.19),假设检验Z=40.04,P〈0.01,结果可信;Begg检验Z=0.39,P=0.70;Egger检验t=18.38,P=0.01(95%CI:0.59~0.74)。结论噪声与高温联合暴露对工人心律异常影响显著。Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effectiveness of the combined exposure of noise and heat on workers' rhythm. Methods Original documents published in the "VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database", "China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database" and "WANFANG MED ONLINE" from 1990 to 2013 were retrieved regarding noise and heat combined exposure and workers associated with the occurrence of rhythm, and sorted by excluding the inclusion criteria.Meta-analysis was performed for exploring the combined effectiveness of exposure of noise and heat on workers' rhythm. The pooled OR(95% CI) was calculated by analyzing exposure group and control group, and sensitivity analysis was performed. Results Twenty-one case-control studies were included with a total of 4194 controls and 4670 cases, in 21 Chinese literatures. The risk of occurrence of rhythm for workers combined exposure to noise and heat was 4.09(95% CI: 3.85~4.33) times more than the control.Sensitivity analysis showed that Z=40.04, P〈0.01; Begg test showed that Z=0.39, P=0.70; Egger test showed that t=18.38, P=0.01(95% CI: 0.59~0.74). Conclusion Workers' rhythms were affected significantly by combined exposure to noise and heat.
