摘  要:目的探讨唐山市大气污染对居民心血管疾病日门诊和日住院人数的影响。方法收集唐山市2013年1月和2013年12月气象条件、大气污染物浓度、人群心血管系统疾病日门诊和日住院人数等资料,采用相关和多元线性回归分析大气污染物浓度与人群心血管系统疾病日门诊和日住院人数之间的相关性。结果唐山市2013年1月和12月主要大气污染物为PM2.5、PM10和SO2,这2个月的PM2.5、PM10和SO2的日均浓度分别为(170.3±106.5)μg/m3、(241.8±131.2)μg/m3和(172.0±48.5)μg/m3。心血管疾病日门诊人数与大气NO2、PM2.5和PM10浓度之间的Pearson相关系数分别为0.414、0.437和0.377;多元线性逐步回归分析显示,只有大气PM2.5浓度进入心血管疾病日门诊人数的回归方程(F=6.847,P=0.014),标准回归系数为0.437(P<0.014)。未发现大气污染物浓度与人群心血管系统疾病日住院人数之间存在相关性。结论大气PM2.5浓度与人群心血管系统疾病日门诊人数之间存在正相关。Objective The present study was designed to explore the correlation between air pollution and the number of daily outpatient and inpatient of cardiovascular diseases in Tangshan city. Methods The air pollution data, meteorological data and cardiovascular diseases outpatients and inpatients data in Tangshan city during 2013 were collected. The correlation between air pollution and the number of outpatient and inpatient of cardiovascular disease had been analyzed using correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results The primary pollutants were PM2.5, PM10 and SO2, and their daily average concentrations were 170.3±106.5 μg/m^3, 241.8±131.2 μg/m^3 and 172.0±48.5 μg/m^3, respectively. The Pearson correlation coefficients were0.414, 0.437 and 0.377 between the concentration of NO2, PM2.5 and PM10 and the number of outpatients of cardiovascular diseases, respectively. By the multiple stepwise regression analysis, only PM2.5 concentration entered the regression equation for the number of outpatients of cardiovascular diseases(F=6.847, P=0.014), and the standard regression coefficient was 0.437(P〈0.014).There was no correlation between the air pollutants and the number of daily inpatient for cardiovascular diseases. Conclusion There was a positive correlation between PM2.5 concentration in air and the number of outpatient of cardiovascular diseases.
