摘  要:目的研究中学教师亚健康与健康促进生活方式的相关性。方法采用横断面调查的方法,在广州市随机抽取3个区分别为萝岗区、荔湾区、增城区的中学教师作为调查对象,在被调查者年度体检时使用《亚健康评定量表》与《健康促进生活方式量表》进行现场调查。结果在8 111名被调查者中,健康1 098人(13.5%),亚健康2 398人(29.6%),疾病4 615人(56.9%)。健康组、亚健康组、疾病组的健康促进生活方式的平均总分分别为(142.6±23.5)、(119.5±20.6)、(121.7±20.2)分,亚健康组的生活方式最差。在回归分析中,健康促进生活方式差处于亚健康状态的危险度是优秀的48.4倍(CI:22.5~104.2);不良的自我实现、健康责任、运动和锻炼、营养、人际关系及压力管理,处于亚健康的危险度大大增加。结论中学教师亚健康与健康促进生活方式关系密切;对于中学教师,首当其冲要做好自我压力管理,拥有良好人际关系,并明确自我价值、积极运动锻炼、注重营养及提高自我健康关注度,从而达到促进健康,减少亚健康的发生,进一步预防疾病的目的。Objective The study aimed to assess the correlation between sub-health and health promoting lifestyle among middle school teachers. Methods Middle school teachers from Luogang, Liwan, and Zengcheng Districts of Guangzhou City were randomly selected as the research subjects and surveyed by using cross-sectional approaches. On-site surveys were performed on the results of annual physical examination of the subjects by using the Sub-health Assessment Scale and Health Promoting Lifestyle Scale.Results Among the 8111 surveyed subjects, 1098 were healthy(13.5%), 2398 were sub-healthy(29.6%), and 4615 were ill(56.9%). The average total scores on health promoting lifestyle of the health group, sub-health group, and ill group were 142.6±23.5, 119.5±20.6, and 121.7±20.2, respectively; and the sub-health group was shown to have the worst lifestyle. Regression analysis showed that the risk of sub-health among those with poor health promoting lifestyle was 48.4 times higher than that among those with excellent healthy lifestyle(CI: 22.5-104.2). Poor self-realization, health responsibility, sports and exercise, nutrition,interpersonal relationship, and stress management had shown to increase the risk of sub-health significantly. Conclusion Sub-health is closely associated with health promoting lifestyle among the middle school teachers. Enhancing self-management of stress, developing good interpersonal relationship, identifying self-worth, taking physical exercises actively, paying attention to nutrition intake, and raising awareness on self-health are advised to improve health, reduce the occurrence of sub-health, and thusprevent the incidence of diseases.
