视功能相关生命质量量表NEI-VFQ-25中文版的研制及其性能评价

摘　　要：目的研制视功能相关生命质量量表NEI-VFQ-25的中文版本,并对其信度和效度进行评价。方法采用典型调查方法在糖尿病眼病与早诊早治项目预实验对象中选取白内障患者35人,糖尿病视网膜病变患者45人,糖尿病无视网膜病变者35人及健康查体者30人运用中文版视功能相关生命质量量表NEI-VFQ-25进行现场调查。采用重测信度、内部一致性信度、分半信度评价量表信度,采用内容效度、结构效度和区分效度评价量表效度。结果回收有效问卷130份,其中男性占46.92%(61/130),女性占53.08%(69/130),平均年龄为(64.62±8.708)岁。量表的总体重测信度、内部一致性信度和分半信度分别为0.916、0.929和0.889;经过专家分析,量表具有良好的内容效度,探索性因子分析共得到6个公因子,6个公因子的特征值分别为10.201、2.317、1.895、1.353、1.157、1.039,累积方差贡献率为69.091%,说明结构效度良好,不同健康状况的人群在各维度的得分不同(P<0.05),说明区分效度良好。结论中文版视功能相关生命质量量表NEI-VFQ-25符合中国文化特点,具有良好的信度和效度,可作为视功能受损者生命质量的测评工具。Objective This work was to develop a Chinese version vision-related Quality of Life Scales of NEI-VFQ-25 on visual function and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods The typical investigation method was used to choose subjects from a national pilot survey of early diagnosis and early treatment in diabetic ophthalmopathy. 35 cataract patients, 45 diabetic retinopathy patients, 35 diabetic without retinopathy patients and 30 healthy subjects were sampled to complete the Chinese version vision-related Quality of Life Scales of NEI-VFQ-25. Test-retest reliability, internal consistency reliability, and split-half reliability were used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. Content validity, construct validity and discriminant validity were used to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire. Results There were 130 valid subjects in the study, where 46.9%（61/130） were males and 53.1%（69/130） were females, and the mean age was 64.62 ±8.708 years old. The Test-retest reliability, internal consistency reliability, and split-half reliability of the Chinese version questionnaire of NEI-VFQ-25 were 0.916, 0.929 and 0.889 respectively. The questionnaire was good in content validity. There were 6 common factors according to the exploratory factor analysis, and the eigenvalues of the factors were 10.201, 2.317, 1.895, 1.353, 1.157 and 1.039 respectively. The accumulated variance rate of contribution was 69.091%, indicating a good construct validity.The scores of each scale were different for people under different health conditions（p0.05）, indicating a good discriminant validity. Conclusion The Chinese version vision-related Quality of Life Scales of NEI-VFQ-25 conforms to Chinese culture. Considering its good reliability and validity, the questionnaire can be implemented as a good scale and evaluation tool for the life quality of those with impaired visual functions.
