摘　　要：针对目前存在的"一个企业多个代码"、代码信息缺失、代码信息失效等诸多现象,本文首先介绍了影响组织机构代码信息质量的指标,并在此基础上,尝试通过完善代码标识制度、代码年度报告制度等一系列举措来提高组织机构代码信息的唯一性、准确性、时效性、完整性和一致性以及安全可靠性、从而实现组织机构代码在各项社会活动中能够得到更深层次的应用。In accordance with the phenomena of the＂one enterprise has more codes＂, the loss and invalidation of information about code, the paper firstly describes the indicators of organization code information quality, and tries to improve the code data＇s uniqueness, accuracy, timeliness, integrity, consistency and safe reliability, through the measures just as completing the code labeling policy and inspection specification and so on in order to realize the deeper application of organization code in various social activities.
