城市地下管线动态更新管理机制研究——以杭州市为例

摘　　要：城市地下管线普查是一项复杂、耗时和耗力的工作,后续数据动态更新与维护是保证数据利用的关键。本文以杭州市为例,总结了城市地下管线动态更新管理现状及存在的问题,提出了管线工程建设实现法治化、流程化的思路,进而建立起跟踪测量机制、工程监理制度、共享利用机制动态更新办法。The appearance of smart city gives birth to the new concept of smart archives and provides opportunities to the boom of it. On the basis of analyzing the concept, features and its relationships with digital archives, this paper discusses the construction strategies of smart archives from three aspects, namely, ＂deepen, integrate, import.＂
