摘　　要：托辊作为带式输送机的重要部件,其总重约占整机的40%,正确的选择托辊组是至关重要的。托辊的种类繁多,按用途可分为:承载托辊,空载托辊和专用托辊;按支承方式又可分为:支架式和吊挂式2种。主要针对支架式承载托辊进行研究和分析。As an important part of belt conveyor, the total weight of idler accounts for about 40% of the whole machine, the correct choice of idlers group is crucial. The types of idlers are various, which can be divided into the carrying idler, no-loading idle and special roller according to use; according to supporting mode, it can be divided into scaffolding and hanging type. This article mainly researches and analyzes scaffolding carrying idlers.
