摘 要:目的在动态条件下,比较5种空气净化消毒器的消毒效果。方法将5种空气净化消毒器A、B、C、D和E分别安装于我院血液科5间构造相同的病房。消毒前采样,利用平板暴露法、浮游菌法和尘埃粒子计数法对选择的5间病房连续5天定时定点采集空气样本;消毒后采样,每天各房间的空气净化消毒器达到厂家规定的消毒时间后,按消毒前的采样方法同样连续5天采集空气样本。结果通过计算各病房消毒前和消毒后的空气平均菌落数和尘埃粒子数平均含量的消除率来判定消毒效果,综合比较,5种产品消毒效果依次为:D>E>C>A>B。结论产品D消毒效果较佳,产品C和产品E性价比较高,适用于一般病房的应用。Objective To compare the disinfection effect of 5 air purification disinfectors under dynamic condition. Methods The 5 air purification disinfectors: A, B, C, D and E, were respectively installed in 5 wards of department of hematology; before disinfection, plate exposure method, planktonic bacteria and dust particle counting method were applied in collecting air samples at fixed time and spot in 5 consecutive days; after disinfection, the same procedure of sample collection was performed when the disinfectors kept working for the time length required by the producer. Results The disinfection effect was determined by calculation the average number of colony and dust particle in each ward; after comprehensive comparison, the effects of the 5 disinfectors ranged as follows: D〉E〉C〉A〉 B. Conclusions Disinfeetor D is of best disinfection effect while disinfector C and E are of higher performance price ratio, and they are suitable for the general wards.
