摘 要:采用球磨法对毛面剂进行预处理,以毛面剂在TAC薄膜中分散效果作为考察指标,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对TAC薄膜进行分析。对球磨处理及棉胶混合工艺进行优化,分析了球磨时间,球磨机转速,物料配比及与棉胶混合搅拌时间等条件对分散效果的影响,得出最佳工艺:物料比为毛面剂∶棉胶∶溶剂=1(或1.2)∶2∶74时,球磨机以90r/min转速下,球磨3h后,得到的预处理的毛面剂与棉胶混合搅拌120min时,毛面剂在TAC薄膜分散效果最好。The ball milling was used to pretreat matting agents, the distribution of matting agents in the TAC film was observed by scanning electron microscope. In order to optimize the ball milling pretreatment and collodium mixing process, the influences of ball milling time, ball milling speed, ratio of material and mixing time of collodium were analyzed. The optimal parameters were as follows: 1(or 1.2) :2:74 ratio of silicon diox- ide to collodium to solvent, ball milling speed of 90r/min and milling time of 3h. Collodium was mixed with mat- ting agents which was pretreated for 120min. The dispersion effect of matting agents in the TAC film was excellent.
