摘  要:针对银盐法金属网格透明导电膜生产过程中出现的碎摩擦灰雾道问题,通过对曝光设备及工艺的深入研究,确定银盐法透明导电膜产品中出现的碎摩擦灰雾道问题的根本原因是曝光压片时,西侧密封橡胶造成的轻微位移所致。并通过采取曝光压片时零张力设置,保持胶片接触表面光滑度,能基本消除曝光出现碎摩擦灰雾道,从而保证了产品表观质量的提高。The problem of the tiny friction fog during the production of metal mesh film by silver salt method was mainly involved. According to the further study of exposure apparatus and process, the damage was caused by the slight displacement of the sealing rubber on the west sides when tabletting was exposed. The con- tact surface of film was kept smooth by zero tension set during tabletting exposure, the friction road damage was eliminated in this way, and it would lead to the improvement of the apparent quality of the production.
